Become a Wadworth Tenant

Wadworth have a highly successful estate of over 200 tenanted pubs within the Wiltshire, Hampshire, Somerset borders which vary from compact community pubs, town centre houses and classic country inns. We are looking for independent, self-employed, self-motivated entrepreneurs who wish to rent a pub from the brewery and reap the rewards of running their own business.

A Wadworth tenancy is a partnership between the brewery and the tenant. We supply the premises, business support and products, while you rent the pub, run the businss and keep the profits.

Become a Wadworth Manager

Wadworth currently have 38 Managed pubs from Herefordshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire to Hampshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire as well as our homeland of Wiltshire. We have opportunities now for high quality managers and management couples to join us in running some of the most wonderful country pubs.

We need:

• Experienced managers and management couples with good catering skills
• Trainee managers and trainee management couples
• Experienced chefs and cooks

For inexperienced people wishing to make a successful career from managing one of our businesses, we offer a full training package to the BII qualifying examination, including the NCPLH. For trainee managers previous experience is not always necessary as our comprehensive training is usually based at one of our own managed houses, where accommodation is also provided.

Salaries for all of these positions vary and are negotiable based on the type of job and the experience of the applicant.
