If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order then please contact us at the Visitor Centre and we will arrange with you for the return of your order and the rectification of any issues.
Merchandise:
Please return any merchandise you are not happy with to the brewery visitor centre appropriately packaged and clearly stating the reason for the return and order number, if appropraite, we will endeavour to resolve your issue with a replacement item, or where this is not possible with a refund. Refund can only be made in the same manner as payment is taken. Credit card refunds will be applied to the appropriate credit card. Please return unsuitable merchandise in good condition. Wadworth and Co Ltd retain the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that have obviously been worn or degraded through use.
Beer:
Damage in transit – should you experience any breakages in transit then please contact us at the Visitor Centre and we will arrange for either replacement or credit. We will require proof of the damage either from the carrier or in the form of photographic evidence.
Quality Issues – in the unlikely event that you experience issues with the quality of the beer purchased and the beer has been appropriately stored and is still within shelf life then please contact the visitor centre and we will arrange for the appropriate action to be taken with our quality control team and will manage an appropriate replacement or credit accordingly. Please retain the product as action cannot be taken where there is no product available to check.
