Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:

Working within the busy Purchase Ledger team, your responsibilities would include:

 

  • End to end processing of all invoices and credit notes
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Updating our finance system and maintaining records
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries
  • Liaising with colleagues throughout the business
  • Ad hoc finance process as requested

The Person

The successful candidate will possess excellent good communication skills, have a confident telephone manner, excellent Microsoft skills including Excel and Word, be enthusiastic and have good organisational skills. They must have a desire to learn and be a team player.
