The Role
The role’s primary responsibilities include assisting the brewing and packaging teams with day to day upkeep of the brewery environment, cask washing, cask preparation, and packaging of our products

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day to day running of a brewery from raw material intake to final packaging
  • Cask Cleaning & Preparation
  • To produce consistent quality products by following standard operating procedures and recipes
  • To work in a safe and hygienic manner and maintain a clean working environment across all areas of the Brewery site. Upkeep of the brewery environment – cellar, warehouse, and site
  • To complete all required checks whilst keeping accurate brewing records

The Person

We are ideally looking for someone who has the following qualities, qualifications and or experience.

  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Someone who is a great team player but also able to work alone where required
  • Have a passion and interest in producing the highest quality product
  • Flexible and willing to undertake different tasks
  • The ability to accurately follow instructions
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Be comfortable working in confined spaces / at height
  • Ability to carry out high amount of physical work
  • Fork lift licence is desirable but training can be provided to the right candidate

  • Job Type: Full Time-Permanent
  • 36.5 hours per week
