We require an experienced Sous Chef who can demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to always provide the best experience for our customers.
As a Sous Chef of this exciting operation you will be:
Working with our highly motivated management team to produce Traditional & Continental dishes to a very high standard.
You will be working as a 2nd Chef within the Wadworth Managed House Portfolio, becoming an integral part of our team as the business continues to grow.
Running the kitchen when the head chef is away
Managing food purchasing and storage
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Helping create new recipes and write menus

Full time live out position own transport essential due to shift patterns and location. Flexibility regarding working hours is a key requirement.
Working hours are approximately 40-45 hours a week. Starting at £8 per hour depending on experience with performance related bonuses.
