The Talbot sits in a prime location in the square of the historic and beautiful town of Stow on the Wold in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The Talbot with its large open fire has a charm and cosy feel to the main bar, it also has the benefit of an upstairs function room / private dining room, and a shared courtyard. The kitchen which is located on the ground floor has a galleried opening to optimise on the theatre aspect of the kitchen.

Trade Areas

The single bar operation provides an area for drinkers at the bar and comfortably seats 35 for dining with a further 18 covers on wooden benches in the shared courtyard / alleyway.  On the first floor there is a multi-function room that seats 24 that can be utilized for meetings, and private dining and a prep kitchen that services the main ground floor kitchen by dumb waiter.  The customer toilets are on the First floor and the underground cellar is accessed by a hatch behind the bar.

The pub benefits from a shared courtyard area to the side / rear of the premises which has 3 wooden benches.
