Trading Potential

The Royal Oak is ideally situated in the heart of the beautiful and historic town of Corsham.  This is a very traditional pub which has the added benefit of three letting rooms, function room / skittle alley and a secluded trade garden with benches.  Current trade we are told is 75% wet 10% food and 15% letting rooms.  We feel that developing a new menu to integrate with the current style of trade would enhance the food offer here and attract new business.

New Business Partner Profile

We will be looking for a new Business Partner here that has the skills and experience in operating a high volume wet led pub, with the vision and enthusiasm to create a menu and be able to deliver a food offer suitable for this site.  Integrating with and organizing darts and skittles teams and promoting the letting rooms and function room will all help enhance this solid business.
