Trade Areas

Entering from Half Moon Street there is a snug area to the right with seating for approx. 14, to the left is an area with another 30 covers and an open fire place.  This leads to the bar and dining room service station, onto the main dining room which comfortably seats 60 and through to the customer toilets.  A passage leads to the private dining room which seats 12, two letting rooms with night entrance, the private accommodation and cellar.  Doors access the seated courtyard and two more letting rooms.

There is a new fully fitted trade kitchen with wash up area and service hatch for the dining room. 


External Areas and letting rooms

The secluded courtyard has seating for approx. 20 with a smoking area and access to one twin bedded room with a sofa bed and can be used as a family room.  The “hayloft” is another twin bedded room with sofa bed and is accessed from the lane to the side of the pub.  A further two double letting rooms are situated on the first floor, have Abbey views and separate night entrance.
