 The Armoury is located at the top of town in Yeovil, Somerset.  This is a community 100% wet led pub and is a very popular with locals having been under the same management for some 14 years.

The site of the Pub was formerly an “Armoury” and was converted to a Public House in the early 1980s.

 

Trading Potential

 The Armoury is a wet led community local with a great emphasis on showing sporting events on two giant screens.  Regular live music is very popular and there is also a separate skittle alley that can be utilized as a function room.  Continued involvement with the local community with charity functions, interaction with pool and Darts teams will all aid the continued success of this popular venue.

 The new Business Partners here will ideally be community driven and be able to interact with people from different social backgrounds within a town centre site. The ability to control large numbers and volumes and operate a zero tolerance to drugs and underage drinking.  There is an opportunity to provide a food offer that would be compatible with this style of operation.

 There is a small patio area with benches and parasols which has French doors into the pub, private parking for approx. 4 cars and payable public parking opposite.
