We offer a range of agreements including tenancies, leases and our new retail franchise agreements.

Access to Wadworth ales

Fully tied

You will own the fixtures & fittings

Shared Responsibility to maintain and repair the premises

Not less than 6 months or more than 12 months’ notice given on the anniversary of the agreement to bring the agreement to an end

Protected by the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 (unless Head Landlord – we will provide details)

Rent Review every 3 years

Buildings insurance is provided by Wadworth under Lease Agreement

Safe Start service charge applies to compliance checks

You need to complete the mandatory training required by Wadworth including Pre-Entry Awareness Training (PEAT)

You will be required to pay a deposit
Between 10 and 25 years’ tenure

Access to Wadworth ales

Fully tied

You will own the fixtures & fittings

Full Business Partner responsibility to maintain and repair the premises - Keep Agreement

May or may not be protected by the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 (dependent on Head Landlord – will provide this detail)

Rent Review every 3 or 5 years

Buildings insurance is provided by Wadworth under Lease Agreement

1 months’ notice on both parts

All food, drink will be supplied by Wadworth and paid through the franchise management fee
