Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Wadworth Rewards app. By downloading, registering for, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
- The Wadworth Rewards program is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- You must have a valid email address and mobile number to register.
- Employees of Wadworth & Co. Ltd. may not be eligible for certain rewards or offers.
2. Earning Points
- You will earn 2 points for every £1 spent in participating Wadworth managed pubs.
- Points can only be earned when you present your app QR code at the time of purchase.
- Points cannot be earned on service charges, tips, or gift card purchases.
3. Spending Points
- 1 point = 1p (e.g., 100 points = £1).
- Points can be redeemed in participating Wadworth managed pubs only.
- To redeem points, present your QR code via the app to a team member at point of payment.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards, or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
4. Rewards & Promotions
- Wadworth Rewards members may receive exclusive offers, birthday treats, and promotional point-earning opportunities (e.g., Double Points Days).
- Offers and rewards are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
- Birthday treats and promotions may be time-limited and subject to availability.
5. Account & App Use
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account details.
- Wadworth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or fraudulent activity.
- Lost or stolen points will not be reissued unless caused by a technical issue under our control.
6. Changes
- Wadworth reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards program and conditions at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
7. Privacy
- By using Wadworth Rewards, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We may contact you by email, push notification, or SMS with offers and updates. You can manage your preferences in the app.
