A Fresh Chapter for The Farmhouse Inn, Southwick

After a short closure for refurbishment, The Farmhouse Inn in Southwick has officially reopened, unveiling a stunning transformation that marks an exciting new chapter for this much-loved Wadworth pub.

The refurbishment has given The Farmhouse a completely fresh look and feel, blending soft, natural tones, warm lighting, and rustic design details to create an inviting space that perfectly balances comfort and style. Every part of the venue, from the bar and restaurant to the Southwick Suite function room and even the loos, has been thoughtfully refreshed with a focus on character and atmosphere.

Ahead of the reopening, an invite-only soft launch was held on Tuesday 28th October for local residents and businesses. The pre-opening lunch and dinner gave the team a chance to showcase the new seasonal menus and service experience. The feedback from guests was outstanding, with high praise for the fantastic food, warm service, and impressive refurbishment.

Under the leadership of new General Manager Lisa, who brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry, The Farmhouse team is ready to welcome guests back to enjoy a freshly revitalised space and exciting new menus.

Retail Development Manager, Suzanne Kerslake, commented:

“The transformation of The Farmhouse Inn has been a true team effort, and we couldn’t be more proud of the result. Every element of the refurbishment has been carefully considered to create a warm, welcoming, and stylish environment for our guests. A huge thank you to everyone involved, from our contractors and designers to the on-site team who helped us trial and train ahead of reopening. The doors officially open tomorrow, and we’re ready to welcome our guests back. We hope they love it just as much as we do.”

The Farmhouse Inn reopened at 12pm on Wednesday 29th October, inviting everyone to come and experience the new look and feel for themselves.
