A historic Wiltshire pub welcomes guests back following refurbishment and move into Wadworth’s Managed House estate
The White Hart in the picturesque village of Castle Combe reopened its doors on the 9th October, marking the beginning of a new chapter for this historic pub.
Following a period of closure for refurbishment, The White Hart reopened as part of Wadworth’s Managed House estate, with a new team and management bringing fresh energy to the pub while retaining its traditional character and place at the heart of the village.
The refurbishment has sympathetically updated the pub while retaining its character and charm. Cosy interiors, traditional features, and a welcoming courtyard garden provide the setting for relaxed meals, drinks and time with friends and family.
As part of the Wadworth Managed House family, guests can now enjoy additional benefits: Wadworth gift vouchers can be bought and redeemed at The White Hart, while the free Wadworth Rewards app gives users access to perks – guests can receive 20% off food every Tuesday and members-only pricing on Wadworth Traditional Ales and Folly Road Craft Beers.
With a new seasonal menu launching alongside the pub, The White Hart offers destination dining, with a food and drink offering that complements its village setting and the opportunity to enjoy the pub as part of a day exploring the surrounding area. Bookings for the Christmas season are now open with a range of options including two or three course celebration menu and a festive twist on a traditional afternoon tea.
