A history rich pub, overlooking the River Avons Saltford lock. The Jolly Sailor offers beautiful views of the Mendip Hills. It's riverside garden is a popular spot for both locals and visitors, with many passing through on the cycle path. In the winter months the picturesque setting can be enjoyed in the warmth of the pub, next to one of its two fires.

Historically this pub has been one of our leased properties. We would be looking for someone who would take on a long term lease or we also have the option to offer a 5 year tenancy agreement.

Saltford lies between Bath and Bristol. It is a large village with a vibrant community. The area is history rich and popular for recreational activities. The River Avon and the Railway to Bath and Bristol run through the village. The Jolly Sailor sits alongside the River Avon, many use the river for water sports. There is a large amount of trade coming from boats, walkers and cyclists that pass the pub on their travels.
